At Green Day, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse to ensure a safe arrival.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
